PLEASE READ THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT BELOW. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS MADE TO DATE.
HealthNewsFlash.com is a health information and research service. By completing the registration process, and using HealthNewsFlash, you are indicating that you are 18 years old or older, and agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Membership Agreement. You may print and keep a copy of this Agreement. HealthNewsFlash may change the terms in this Membership Agreement, and will notify you by e-mail or online postings when changes are made. The changes will also appear in this document, which you can access at any time.
If you do not agree to be bound by the changes, you should not use HealthNewsFlash again and you should cancel your subscription to our service. If you use HealthNewsFlash after subscribers have been notified of a change in this Membership Agreement, you are agreeing to be bound by each and all of the changes.

FEES AND PAYMENTS
Monthly Subscription
Monthly fees for your subscription will be billed to the credit card provided during the registration process for HealthNewsFlash. You agree to pay or have paid all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account (including any applicable taxes) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Paid subscriptions will be refunded in full within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the purchase. HealthNewsFlash may change the fees by providing advance notice.
If you believe someone has accessed HealthNewsFlash using your account without your authorization, you must contact customer service through the information provided in the Contact Us section. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access HealthNewsFlash through an Internet access provider or other third party service. You, and not HealthNewsFlash, are responsible for paying any amounts billed to your credit card by a third party, which were not authorized by you.

The content available through HealthNewsFlash is the property of HealthNewsFlash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. HealthNewsFlash may discontinue or change its services, or its availability to you, at any time. You may terminate your yearly subscription at any time. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
